On The Golf Course in La Quinta

This secondary residence belongs to a furniture manufacturer with homes across California and Mexico, purchased with the intention of creating a multigenerational family vacation house. Set on a beautiful golf course just minutes from the famed Coachella fairgrounds, the home had wonderful bones and an ideal location.

However, the existing kitchen was not designed for the kind of large-scale entertaining the family envisioned.

We completely reimagined the kitchen, introducing custom cabinetry, state-of-the-art appliances, and a dramatic stone feature wall with an integrated stone hood.

To accommodate gatherings, we designed a custom banquette alongside an oversized island that seats eight, allowing 12–14 family members—both adults and children—to enjoy meals together in the kitchen at once.

The result is a warm, functional, and stylish hub perfectly suited for family memories and entertaining on any scale.
