We provide clear "Information Guides" so you always know what to expect next, and we build regular communication and status updates into our project timeline so you’re never left guessing which stage the project is in or where your furniture might be.

We maintain open communication with you from start to finish so you always know what to expect, when to expect it, and whether your project might arrive with a celebratory bottle of bubbly.
How it works
Our design process is where the real magic happens. From that first spark of inspiration to the satisfying ‘wow’ at the final reveal, we take care of every detail so you can relax and enjoy the transformation. We guide you through each phase with clarity and care — brainstorming the ideal design, sourcing and managing orders, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring every element is precisely placed. Whether you’re planning a complete renovation or refreshing a single room, we make the journey as rewarding as the result. In the end, you’ll have a space that’s beautiful, functional, and distinctly yours — and we’ll be by your side through every step.

We start with a 45-minute in-person meeting for our local friends (and a video call for our long-distance ones), where we’ll get to know each other, learn about your project scope, budget, and timelines. After we’ve got all the details of your design hopes + dreams, we’ll create and send over a design proposal with all the details and the estimated cost of your project.

Here comes the fun part! The design process starts when we send you homework (the fun kind, aka a design questionnaire and Pinterest board), and then we’ll follow it up with a meeting to get measurements for your project, review your homework, and schedule all of the meetings for Design Phase I, so you know exactly what’s happening and when.

After we hash out your design plans + you give the final approval, it’s time to start ordering and tracking all of the goods. We use a receiving warehouse to make sure all of your furniture is delivered in one swoop, and our Procurement Team stays on top of the details every step of the way. The best part? We never keep you in the dark, so you can expect regular updates with details on the whereabouts of all of your furniture and materials at any given point in the design process.

The moment construction begins, we work closely alongside the general contractor to ensure all aspects of our design are installed and completed to perfection. And just like the Ordering & Tracking Phase, you’ll receive regular progress reports to keep you informed during every step (a.k.a. regularly scheduled email updates so you’re never kept in the dark).

Ta-daaa! The big day is finally here. We schedule a day (or days) to have your furniture delivered and install all styling elements to complete your final design. All that’s needed now is a big cheers to your beautiful, new (or renewed) home! Don’t worry, we’ll bring the bubbly.
