It’s a Vibe

This fun and geometric bathroom was designed for a film executive and his wife, whose home is a beautifully preserved mid-century residence. While the original primary bath reflected the home’s era, it was extremely small and lacked functionality. By reworking the primary floor plan, we were able to double the overall size of the bathroom—creating space for an expanded double vanity and a generous shower.

Because the room had no natural light, we introduced a transom window above the mirrors to bring in brightness and balance. In the shower, dual showerheads add both luxury and convenience. The true statement, however, comes from the custom geometric tile walls, which add energy, depth, and personality to the space— making it a striking yet functional retreat.
