Artsy in Highland Park

Our client, a real estate investor and entertainment company owner, hired us to remodel one of his personal residences. The project was completed in multiple phases, beginning with the bathroom, followed by the kitchen, and finally the remaining areas of this historic 1920s duplex.

After our client relocated, we were commissioned to furnish the property as a luxury Airbnb investment. Located in Highland Park, a vibrant and creative neighborhood, we embraced the artsy and eclectic character of the area, designing a space that reflects both the historic charm of the home and the dynamic energy of its community.
