Luxury Airbnb Transformation
Working closely with a first-time investor, we transformed this property into a warm and inviting Luxury Airbnb. The design balances style with functionality, making the space both beautiful and practical for guests.
The project was completed in two phases. Phase one focused on furnishing and styling the space to get the investment launched and cash-positive. We provided a full outfitting of the home and guided our client on best practices to achieve Superhost status. The success of this initial phase led to a second phase the following year, where we remodeled the flooring, kitchen, and bathrooms.
Throughout, we carefully selected colors and finishes that complemented the furniture while reflecting the tastes and expectations of the local guest demographic.
Our client has continued to be a Superhost and now enjoys a fully booked calendar, with guests raving about their experience.
