Foyer of Enchantment

In the 60-year history of the prestigious Pasadena Showcase, no designer had ever created an experiential short film—until now. Collaborating with Marc Cunningham, I crafted a dream-within-a-dream narrative to showcase the exquisite design and storytelling of this annual interior design event. The story follows the Baroness, a character born into this imagined world, who discovers a home she recognizes only from memory. Initially, I created her as a reclusive young Baroness living among fairies and woodland creatures within the space. Inspired by the cinematic style of Chanel or Gucci commercials, I brought the Baroness to life on film, transforming the showcase into an immersive, narrative-driven experience that blends design, art, and storytelling.
